Picture shows a towing boat Froude, Naviga 10s mod. of Turku Polytechnic, Ship Laboratory, manufactured in september 2001. The boat is equipped with two 330 Hp diesel engines, and it reaches a top speed over 33 knots. When towing 4000kg boat, 24 knots. There are special lists installed on the hull such as back extension.

The boat has two axles and propellers. Both gearboxes have two speeds and adjustable very-low speed.

For towing there is installed a special-reinforced pole and a thill which can turn 180 degrees. Boat's back has been opened for easier working conditions.

The cabin is equipped with modern navigation electronics, such as radar, differential GPS, ST-80 masterview/multiview displays, sea-VHF. Behind driver's seat there is a diesel-cooker, cooking place and sink.
